We will travel across difficult roads and sometimes have to take a boat or\u00a0canoe to reach our destination. Our communities are usually in desperate need for healthcare as the lack portable water, electricity, latrines and basic amenities.\u00a0Reaching these communities truly takes\u00a0the heart of a determined\u00a0angel with a heart to add meaning to a life.\u00a0\u00a0If you are an open-minded, flexible and pro-active medical professional and are in Africa\u00a0 for the whole experience rather than seeing yourself purely as a service provider, then you will gain a lot from this volunteer opportunity.We require a minimum of two weeks for the mission, with most of it spent in the local community serving through sick call sessions.<\/p>\n
